Our Organic & lactose free ice-cream is made from our rich Biodynamic cream. We use a simple, traditional recipe which is made with custard. To this custard we add Organic fruit’s, nuts and spices sourced from our local region to create a unique ice-cream like no other.
Our farms
Our Biodynamic & Organic milk is sourced from our farm, and two other family farms on the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. We have been certified Organic for other 30 years, ever since two brothers took over their family farm.
Across our farms you will find contented Jersey, Brown Swiss and Aussie Red cows. These cows produce milk which is rich and creamy – perfect for ice-cream!
Our cows are grass-fed and live off a balanced diet of grass, herbs and even tree leaves which keeps them healthy and happy.

Our Organic Vanilla bean ice-cream is made using local Vanilla, sourced from Mirriwinni, near Cairns. This vanilla farms rests just under Broken Nose, the iconic rock-face that juts from the side of Mt Bartle Frere.
This is the sort of Vanilla ice-cream your grandma would make.
BELGIAN CHOCOLATE
Our Organic Belgian chocolate ice-cream is made using rich Belgian Cocoa, which we mix through custard to create a rich, traditional chocolate ice-cream. Decadent and creamy, this is a chocolate lovers dream.
Daintree Forest
The secret to this flavour is the humble Davidson’s Plum. A native rainforest fruit, this plum has more antioxidants than Blueberries! We make a syrup with the fruit, sourced on the Atherton Tablelands, and swirl it through our decadent chocolate ice-cream to create a flavour reminiscent of Blackforest.
Blueberry & Basil Ripple
Who knew blueberries and basil could make such good mates. This ice-cream has a strong blueberry flavour, lightly perfumed with Basil. The basil doesn’t overpower the blueberry, and instead helps the blueberry flavour pop. It’s perfect for anyone looking for something a little different.

This banana smoothie is made with local banana’s, sourced from Poppi’s Banana Farm in Innisfail. We then blend it up with your choice of our banana ice-cream or rich Greek yoghurt.

This mango smoothie is made with local Organic mangoes, sourced from Bowen. We then blend it up with your choice of our mango sherbet ice-cream or rich Greek yoghurt.
Seasonal Smoothie
