Weekend relief milker role – Millaa Millaa
We are looking for a locally based weekend relief Milker for our Home Farm and Bartle View Farm.
Experienced Milker preferred – you will be responsible for the weekend milking, feeding the calves, rotating the cows between paddocks, dairy shed and vat hygiene, and ensuring good animal welfare and the quality standards for our premium Biodynamic milk are met. The Dairy Ice-Creamery Co-Ordinator (Cairns)
The ‘Dairy Ice-creamery & Milkbar’, Cairns is an ice-cream cellar door for Mungalli Biodynamic’s premium Lactose Free Organic Ice-cream.
The Ice-creamery coordinator assists the Ice-creamery Manager with day-to-day operational functions using a systems approach to ensure a great customer experience, good site hygiene and key performance metrics are met. In addition to operational activities, this role will also assist with our social media posting and event organisation, creating the Dairy as a must visit destination for both locals and visitors.
The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:
- Well presented, fun and bubbly personality;
- Min 12 months customer service, barista and hospitality experience;
- Strong admin, reporting and system implementation skills;
- Prior experience with upselling and promotion of products;
- Food hygiene training and experience;
- Social Media co-ordination experience;
- Event coordination and organisational skills
- The ability to share knowledge and train fellow team members;
- Drive & Ambition to succeed and grow with the business.
Shifts will be a mix of daytime and afternoon/evening. You must have your own transport and be available for some weekend and weekday shifts.
