Our Fetta in Brine is perfect to create this mouth watering side dish


  • 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes

  • 1 punnet (250g) Cherry Tomatoes

  • 125g Mungalli Biodynamic Fetta in Brine

  • 2 cloves Crushed Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • A Few Basil Leaves

  • 1/4 tsp Italian Herbs Mix

  • A pinch of Salt and Pepper

4 Serves

Cook: 25-30 min


Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Line small tray with baking paper.

Roughly dice whole tomatoes and place into tray.

Score remaining whole cherry/grape tomatoes, add to the others.

Place fetta in amongst tomatoes.

Drizzle over oil and scatter garlic, basil, salt, pepper and Italian herbs over top.

Bake in moderate oven until tomatoes and fetta are lightly brown. Approx. 25-30mins.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
